为贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》精神，深入推进外语教学改革，提升大学生用英语直接从事本专业学习和工作的能力，并利用数字化外语教学现代信息技术和资源推动以学术英语为核心的大学英语教学改革，分享教学资源，中国学术英语教学研究会决定建设学术英语微课教学视频（首批），现将招标通知公布如下。

 

一、视频内容

首批微课教学视频内容为通用学术英语（第二批将开设商务、医学、金融、法律、石油等专门学术英语）。视频开发单位应紧密结合通用学术英语教学实践，围绕教授一个知识点或培养一项能力进行设计(例如，如何听讲座、记笔记、阅读文献、撰写摘要和论文，参加国际会议及学术讨论等能力)。通用学术英语微课视频主要分听、说、读和写四大模块，每个模块下预招标15-30个左右的微课教学视频 (首次招标共为80个)，主题如（但不限于以下内容）：

阅读（课程编码R001-020）：

How to search for reliable information

How to scan and skim for information

How to evaluate information from different sources (including critical evaluation of sources – author, genre, bias etc.)

How to predict content from titles, headings, diagrams and topic sentences

How to get the gist of a text

How to working out the meaning of unfamiliar words from context

写作（课程编码W001-030）：

How to integrate information into your arguments

How to cite ideas by paraphrasing, summarizing or direct quotation

How to cite and reference from a variety of sources using APA Referencing

How to summarize the main idea of the original text

How to synthesize information

How to conduct and write a literature review

How to develop critical thinking in writing

How to write a conference abstract

How to describe and analyze graphs and trends

How to use various types of research instruments

How to conduct and critically analyze (evaluate, compare, examine as appropriate)

How to use a range of cohesive devices and transitional expressions in writing

How to brainstorm, plan, draft and redraft essays

How to use appropriate collocations and academic vocabulary

How to proofread, conduct peer-correction and give feedback

How to generalize and use hedging language

How to use the passive in academic contexts

二、招标要求

招标者需具有研究会会员资格。会员可根据自己开设的学术英语课程或教学擅长，单独招标某个模块下的一至三个视频。招标时需写明课程所属模块名称，且提供视频题目和具体内容。招标者必须填写附件的申报表，每个视频填写一个，作为申报材料。在获得研究会评审小组的平衡（以避免重复）后立项。

 

三、制作标准

1.方案设计	作品目标旨在传播知识点、培养技能，有效解决教学中的重点、难点等问 题。
	教学对象定位清晰，学习目标清晰合理。
	过程设计主线清晰、重点突出，逻辑性强，明了易懂。
	内容的组织与教学步骤要符合教学规律。
	体现以学习为中心，以学习者为本的教学理念。
	方法深入浅出，形象生动，精彩有趣，启发引导性强。
	设计构思新颖，富有创意，不拘泥于传统的教学模式。
	要有作业布置等环节，以便和课堂讨论衔接，或体现翻转课堂理念。
2.材料规范	视频片头不超过5秒；视频时长在10分钟左右（不超过12分钟），片头呈 现作品课程、所属模快，标题，以及作者和单位。
	视频音画与字幕同步，提示、标注简明实用，图像清晰稳定、构图合理， 无干扰学生学习效果的无效因素。
	视频声音清晰、发音标准、语速适当、有节奏感，语言富有感染力 。
	相关文件提交齐全（可选）：教案、习题、课件（PPT）等。
	提交教学内容的相关材料，学生学习的辅助材料及练习设计。
3.技术应用	录制方法与录制软件或工具应用或组合自由灵活、实用得当。
	后期制作和格式符合 “视频要求”的规定。具体的“视频要求”如下：高清 像素为1080×720，标清像素为720×576，格式为wmv、mp4 、flv，大小 不超过100M。
	拍摄与制作方法新颖、有创意，不拘泥于传统的教学录像模式。
4.呈现方式	建议屏幕主要以PPT slides呈现，除偶尔出现教师画面，一般避免原生态 课堂呈现。
5.效果评价	完成设定的教学目标，有效解决了相关教学问题。
	教学形式新颖，重点突出，层次分明。教学过程深入浅出，形象生动，趣 味性和启发性强，教学氛围的营造有利于提升学生学习的积极主动性。
	主要教学步骤完整。导入部分简短、贴切；讲解思路、主线清晰；最后总 结简明扼要。如有练习，应给出答案。
	PPT设计规范，制作精美。图形、画面、文字相结合，展示要点，简洁明 了，无干扰因素或冗余信息。
	教师授课语言标准、清晰、规范，语速适中，富有感染力。如有教师画面 出现，则要求教师要教态自然、大方。
备注	教学语言为英语。

视频作品及材料需为本人原创，不得抄袭他人作品，侵害他人版权。

 

四、组织方法

参与申报者请填妥“学术英语教学微课视频申报表”，在3月30日前用电子邮件方式传中国学术英语教学研究会秘书处eapforum@126.com。在获得评审专家通过后立项。学会将对每个中标的学术英语微课教学视频给予400元资助。视频作品一般应于2015年7月31日前制作完成。视频开发完毕，将放在官网的教学平台上供会员单位免费使用。

为激发会员的研发微课视频的积极性，学会将对每个模块分别设立一等奖、二等奖和三等奖。其中一等奖作品占本组参赛作品总数的10%，二等奖占本组参赛总数的20%，三等奖占本组参赛总数的30%，其余40%均为优胜奖。获奖者将获得由中国学术英语教学研究会和上海高校大学英语教学指导委员会联合颁发的证书。
